PROPOSAL SPECIFICS
You will not be able to save your proposal if you exceed the specified number of words in the following sections. We recommend that you draft your responses in another document and, when you know they will fit, cut and paste them into this form.

7. Presenter Qualifications:
Provide no more than 200 word introduction for the three lead presenters.
8. Program Description/Abstract:
Write a 55-75 word abstract describing the objectives, content, and ways participants may use the information. The description should be concise, without educational jargon, and should be written in the present active tense. EXAMPLE

Yes No If your session cannot be accommodated for the time period you have indicated, are you willing to have it considered for a Roundtable presentation? Roundtable sessions are conducted in a large room with presenters seated with approximately 10 attendees for a 45-minute overview presentation. The presentations are offered twice in a two-hour presentation slot. There is limited access to electrical power in this format.

Statement of Intent


My co-presenters and I agree to take part in this program, register for the conference, and pay registration fees. I understand that if this proposal is accepted, I will be responsible for notifying each of my co-presenters regarding the status of the proposal and the date, time, and location of the presentation.

We agree to cite all appropriate sources and to get appropriate permissions with regard to the materials used in the session. We also agree to adhere to NSDC's policy prohibiting commercialism. Yes No
